Margaret “Peggy” Blankenship, age 93, passed away on April 16, 2024. Funeral services were held on Saturday, April 20, 2024 from the Scottsboro Funeral Home Chapel. Interment followed in the Pinehaven Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Blankenship is survived by her husband, Ray Blankenship; sons, Ricky Alan (Nancy) Blankenship, Rodney Bruce (Pat) Blankenship, Randy Ray (Lisa) Blankenship; grandchildren, Keith (Hope) Blankenship, Jennifer Blankenship and her mother, Becky Hawkins, Pam (Jeff) Jarrett, Celeste (Michael) Garcia, Kristi (Nathan) Strait and Stephen (Bethany) Blankenship; fourteen great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
Mrs. Blankenship was preceded in death by her grandson, Chad Blankenship; and parents, Jerry McKinney and Gertrude McKinney.
