Sara Marie McCord Sisk, age 88 of Paint Rock Valley, passed away on Wednesday, March 27, 2024. Funeral services were held on Saturday, March 30, 2024 from the Scottsboro Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Dustin Henshaw officiated. Interment followed in the Clay Cemetery.
Mrs. Sisk is survived by her sons, Mike (Christine) Sisk, Johnny (Beverly) Sisk; grandchildren, Brandon (Lindsay) Sisk, Danielle (Jason) Potts, Brianne Sisk, Dylan Sisk, Jonathan (Alexis) Doss, Christopher (Laura) Doss, Victoria (Jake) Baugh; eleven great grandchildren; brother, Ken (Glenda) McCord; as well as several nieces and nephews; and one exceptional niece, Kathy (Jesse ) Morris.
Mrs. Sisk was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmie Sisk; sister, Jeanette Jacks; brother, David McCord; and parents, J.D. McCord and Birdie McCord.
