Jim Buff, age 84 of Section, passed away on Thursday, March 21, 2024. Funeral services were held on Sunday, March 24, 2024 from the Rainsville Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Glenn York and Bro. Jerry Smith officiated. Interment followed in the New Canaan Cemetery.
Mr. Buff is survived by his wife, Marilyn Brooks Buff; son, Michael (Marlene) Buff; grandchildren, Caine (Melissa) Buff and Jordan Buff (Kyle) Nix; great grandchildren, Emelyn, Everett, Hensley and Whitely Charles; stepdaughter, Teresa (Rob) Davis; stepsons, Jeff Ferguson and Brian Graben; eight step grandchildren; twelve step great grandchildren; sister, Deborah (Rickey) Breland; and sister in law, Dianna McEwen.
Mr. Buff was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda LaJoy Lassetter Buff; parents, Walter Buff and Lillie Buff; infant sister, Charlotte Buff; and brothers, Max Buff and Billy Buff.
