Oma Ophelia Tannenbaum, age 89 of Scottsboro, passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2024. Funeral services were held on March 9, 2024 from the Scottsboro Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Jody Bell officiated. Interment followed in the Pinehaven Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Tannenbaum is survived by her children, Dennis (Marlene) Guffey, Pam (Jody) Bell, Phyllis (Robby) Venable, Wayne Guffey; grandchildren, Shadow Stover, John Guffey, Jacob Bell, Jessica (Caleb) Pace, Joshua Venable, Amy Boozer, Tammy Germany; as well as a host of great grandchildren.
Mrs. Tannenbaum was preceded in death by her mother, Hattie Hale; father, John D. Hale; as well as his brothers and sisters.
