Faye Sutphin, age 86 of Swearengin, passed away on Thursday, February 22, 2024. Funeral services were held on Sunday, February 25, 2024 from the Grant Memorial Chapel. Bro. Alton Willmon and Bro. Nicky Willmon officiated. Interment followed in the New Prospect Cemetery.
Mrs. Sutphin is survived by her husband, Donald Sutphin; children, Larry (Debra) Sutphin, Donna (Don) Higdon and Dana (Charlie) Dunn; seven grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.
Mrs. Sutphin was preceded in death by her parents, Willis Phillips and Carrie Phillips; son, Gene Sutphin; sister, Joyce Stapler; and brothers, J.C. Phillips and L.D. Phillips.
