William Eugene “Buster” Phillips, age 83 of Scottsboro, passed away on Thursday, February 15, 2024. A graveside service was held on February 18, 2024 from the Cedar Hill Cemetery. Rev. Dr. David Phillips officiated.
Mr. Phillips is survived by his son, David (Claire) Phillips; grandchildren, Zander and Genesis; brother, Thomas Phillips; sisters, Louise (Robert) Dean and Brenda Lusk.
Mr. Phillips was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Ann Phillips; and parents, William Thomas Phillips and Sybil Irene Phillips.
