Sammy James Hamer, age 64 of Scottsboro, passed away on Tuesday, October 17, 2023. Graveside services were held on Friday, October 20, 2023 from the Goose Pond Cemetery. Rev. Ken Norris officiated.
Mr. Hamer is survived by his wife, Alisa Hamer; children, Casey Hamer and Courtney Johnson; extended family members, Laura Johnson and Theresa Crunk; and grandchildren, Keith McCarver and Georga McCarver.
Mr. Hamer was preceded in death by his mother, Judy Hamer; and father, James Hamer.
