Deborah Ann Shankles, age 67 of Rainsville, passed away on Monday, September 11, 2023. Funeral services were held on Thursday, September 14, 2023 from the Rainsville Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Marty Jenkins, Rev. Dewayne Porter and Rev. Brian Thomas officiated. Interment followed in the Rainsville Memorial Park.
Mrs. Shankles is survived by her husband, Andy Shankles; son, Trampas (Jana) Shankles; grandchildren, Ky, Creed and Craten; special sister, Fran Shankles; sister in law, Julie Wallace; brother in law, Michael Skolfield; nieces and nephews, Tammy (Steve) Lanier, J.T. (Heather) Shankles, Melissa (Bo) Hall, Shane Skofield, Jeremy (Amy) Clines, Ronnie (Aly) Reese and Laura (Ray) Dabbs; as well as a host of great nieces and great nephews.
Mrs. Shankles was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Hilda Clines; brother, Doug Clines; sister, Barbara Skolfield; nephew, Tim Reese; and brothers in law, Verlon Reese and Donnie Shankles.
