Mary Cornelison, of Scottsboro, passed away on September 7, 2023. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 from the Center Point Baptist Church. Rev. David Moorman officiated. Interment followed in the adjoining cemetery.
Mrs. Cornelison is survived by her husband, Alvin Cornelison; daughter, Tammy (Greg) Coulter; bonus son, Kerry (Melanie) Cornelison; bonus daughter, Trina (Stacy) Powell; grandchildren, Grant Coulter, Ava Coulter, Brooke Winkles, Dakota Powell, Colby Powell ad Tylyn (Allen) Wright; sisters, Betty (Phillip) Hill and Shirley (Doug) Magouirk; brother, Kendall Bishop; several great grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Cornelison was preceded in death by her parents, Kendall Bishop and Velma Bishop; brothers, Steve Bishop, Ray Truman Bishop, Dan Bishop and John Bishop; sister, Joyce Cornelison; and son, Justin Brandon Callaway.
