Mrs. Onvie Marie Wood, 81 of Scottsboro, passed away peacefully at her home Sunday, July 16, 2023. Funeral services were held Saturday, July 22, 2023 at Rudder Funeral Home in Scottsboro.

Mrs. Wood is survived by her children, Nena (Patrick) Stills and Ricky Wood and Lisa; brother, Glenneth Needham; sisters, Marylin Hanners and Jewell Dean Trussell; seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, one great great grandson on the way, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Connard Wood; son, Michael Dewayne Wood; and great grandchild Justin Wood.
