Mr. Kenneth Bruce “Rooster” Barclay, 78 of Scottsboro, passed away Wednesday, July 19, 2023. Funeral services were held Sunday, July 23, 2023 at Scottsboro Funeral Home. Rev. Larry Lockard officiated. Interment followed in Prince Cemetery.

Mr. Barclay is survived by his daughter, Lenore (Greg) Lockard; grandchildren, Collin Lockard (Katherine Fisher – girlfriend), Conner Lockard and Colton Lockard; nephews, Clay (Kendra) Barclay and Parker (Shannon) Hurt; niece, Emile (Steve) Sloan; great-nephew, Tanner Barclay; great-niece, Anna Beth Barclay; brothers-in-law, Tommy (Ann) Hurt and David (Carolyn) Hurt; and a host of many friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Rose Barclay; parents, Roy and Earline Barclay; and brother, Jerry Barclay.
