Mr. John Allen, 53 of Section, passed away on Saturday, May 27, 2023. Services were held on Thursday, June 1, 2023 at Rainsville Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Sheri Allen; children, Jeremy (Kerra) Allen, Jessica Mason, Tiffany (Matt) Johnson; grandchildren, Ares Mason, Mahayla Johnson, Rowan Allen, Leland Johnson, Rhett Allen; brothers, Michael Allen, Steve (Donna) Allen, Tim Allen, Jay (Amy) Allen; sister, Shellie (David) Key; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wallace and Dixie Allen.
