Mrs. Charles Wayne Necklaus, 61 of Scottsboro, passed away on Friday, May 12, 2023. Memorial services were held on Saturday, May 20, 2023 at Scottsboro Funeral Home.

Wayne served in the United States Army for six years and was honorably discharged. He suffered a stroke at the age of 38 that ended his career as a brick mason. Wayne was a faithful and loyal companion to his Uncle Eugene at OK Muffler and this friends, Ted and Tina Williams at TandT Body Shop.

He is survived by his mother, Elizabeth Necklaus; sister, Elizabeth (Marty) Bridges; niece, Hannah Loy; son, Charles (Amy) Necklaus, Jr.; grandsons, Caleb Necklaus, Charles (Haile) Jacob; granddaughter, Miranda Necklaus; great-grandson, Conner Butler; great-granddaughter, Layla Butler.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Necklaus; brother, Phillip Necklaus; grandparents, Morris and Anna Necklaus, Thomas and Stella Bailey.
