Mrs. Lottie Mendez, 90 of Rainsville, passed away on Saturday, April 15, 2023. Funeral mass was held on Friday, April 21, 2023 at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church with Father Rick Chenault officiating.

She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Mendez; brother, Wilbur Morrow, Jr.; grandchildren, Joshua Mendez, Joey Balentine, Ronnie Balentine, Justin Balentine; great-grandchildren, Alyanna Balentine, Brody Balentine, Jaxson Balentine, Grayson Balentine, Tessa Balentine.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Mendez; daughter, Tresa Mendez-Bender.
