Mrs. Carolyn Harrell, 90 of Fort Payne and formerly of Charlotte, North Carolina, passed away on Tuesday, March 13, 2023. Graveside services were held on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at Walker’s Chapel Cemetery with Pastor Christa Bates officiating.

She is survived by her sister, Shirley Akins; several nieces and nephews.
