Mrs. Billie “Jean” Regina Cook Haynes, 69 of Rainsville, passed away on Saturday, February 25, 2023. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel with Bro. Reggie Byrum officiating. Burial followed in Old Sardis Cemetery.
