Mr. William A. Bell, 80 of Rainsville, passed away on Wednesday, February 8, 2023. Funeral services were held on Sunday, February 12, 2023 at Rainsville Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Jason Bell, Bro. Josh Little and Bro. T.J. Shiflett officiating. Burial followed in Kirk Memorial Gardens.

He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Roxie Bell; sons, Jeff (Jennifer) Bell, Jason (Amber) Bell; daughter, Jill (Justin) Shiflett; brothers, Lawton (Betty Jo) Bell, LaVance (Dyan) Bell; sisters, Betty McGee, Monza (Bobby) Brown, Alfreda Moss; sister-in-law, Doris Bell; grandchildren, Garrett, Maylee, Jacey, Harrison, Amy, T.J., Noah, A.J.; great-grandchildren, Gracelynn, Laila, Baker, MakLee, Mia, Grayden, Banks.

He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Clarissa Bell; brothers, David Bell, Lowell Bell; sisters, Johnnie Bell, Emma Stiefel, Virgina Gayle.
