Blanche JoAnn “Jo” Teague Harrison, born on Tuesday, August 10, 1937 in Mineral Springs, Arkansas, passed away on Sunday, January 15, 2023 after a brief illness. Services were held on Thursday, January 19, 2023 at Calvary Baptist Church with Dr. Matt Helms officiating.

Jo graduated from Mineral Springs High, later graduating from St. Vincent School of Nursing in Little Rock as an RN. She worked many years at the Scottsboro Nursing Home and Jackson County Nursing Home. She was also a longtime member of Calvary Baptist Church where she was also a member of the adult choir.

She is survived by her son, Mike (Ann Jay) Harrison; daughter, Marki (Tim) Armes; grandchildren, Michael (Bethany) Harrison, Lloyd Harrison, Harli (Phil) Clayton, Chase Armes; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Eddy Harrison; parents, Rube Teague and Johnnie Nutt; brother, Herschell Teague; sister, Janet Smith; grandson, Hunter Armes.
