Mrs. Celcy Hall, 78 of Clarksville, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, January 6, 2023. Graveside services were held on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at Blue Springs Cove Cemetery.

In addition to other family members, she is survived by her husband, Dewey Hall.
