Scottsboro City Council President Patrick Stewart and Council member Greg Mashburn attended their final meeting in service to Scottsboro as council members on Monday, October 26, 2020. City Clerk, Whitney Phillips presented Stewart and Mashburn with commemorative plaques in recognition of their dedicated service as city council members.
