The Jackson County Cruisers will conduct a benefit car show on July 7.

The show will be held at the Jackson County Fairgrounds and will begin at 9 a.m. Judging will begin after 10 a.m. and the show will end at 12:30 p.m.
The show will award over 25 trophies to cars, trucks, motorcycles and rat rods. In addition to the show, the event will also feature a Corn Hole tournament, a Swap Meet,  cash giveaways, 50-50 drawing and a silent auction featuring signed Alabama and Auburn footballs and basketballs.
Proceeds from the show will be used to fund the “Backpack for Kids” Charity. This charity supports weekend food programs throughout Jackson County and North Alabama. The programs provide weekend food packs to children who might go hungry over the weekend, or holidays, when they cannot eat at school.
This year’s car show will also honor Daniel Ashmore. Ashmore was a founding member of the Jackson County Cruisers and a big supporter of the “Backpack” charity.
